What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Each call is about an hour and can be at any interval you choose. It is important that you make space in your life to fully engage in reflective exercises and be mindful of the changes you wish to make. Additionally, you should be willing to take responsibility for your actions and choices, embracing positive changes and working towards sustained progress. Consistency and dedication are essential for implementing lifestyle changes and building new habits. Our client-coach relationship thrives when there is honest communication, active engagement, and a shared commitment to achieving your wellness objectives. It is best to commit to coaching for at LEAST 3 months in order to make lasting change.
