Hello there, I’m Ashley Major – a certified Life and Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. And I’m sure you’ve figured it out, I’m also the proud founder of Carib Fit Wellness & Carib Fit Wellness LLC. But enough about the titles, let’s dive into the real stuff – my journey.

Over the past decade, I’ve been carving out my path in the wellness world, and trust me, it’s been a rollercoaster ride of lessons and personal growth. Through the highs and lows, I’ve gathered insights that now fuel my purpose.

WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT DO I NEED TO MAKE?

Your first commitment is to your personal growth and well-being. This commitment includes being open to self-exploration and willing to identify areas for improvement. Each call is about an hour and can be at any interval you choose. It is important that you make space in your life to fully engage in reflective exercises and be mindful of the changes you wish to make. Additionally, you should be willing to take responsibility for your actions and choices, embracing positive changes and working towards sustained progress. Consistency and dedication are essential for implementing lifestyle changes and building new habits. Our client-coach relationship thrives when there is honest communication, active engagement, and a shared commitment to achieving your wellness objectives. It is best to commit to coaching for at LEAST 3 months in order to make lasting change.
